Football: ‘Ville Football’s Garrett Cox named D2CCA All-Super Region 1

FINDLAY, Ohio – Millersville University linebacker Garrett Cox has been named D2CCA All-Super Region 1 First Team. The D2CCA honors are voted on by the Super Region’s college sports communicators. As a first team member, Cox will now be eligible for All-America honors. He is the first Marauder defensive player since 2017 to earn All-Super Region 1 recognition. Super Region 1 includes teams from the PSAC, Mountain East Conference, Northeast 10 and Great Midwest Athletic Conference, As a fourth-year junior, Cox led the PSAC and ranked eighth in Division II with 10.4 tackles per game.
