Ali Cowan qualifies for NCAA Division III Diving Regionals

WASHINGTON, PA. – December 1, 2023- Junior Ali Cowan competed at the diving invitational featuring W&J, Penn State Behrend, and #15 nationally ranked Carnegie Mellon. In the one-meter diving event, she secured qualification for the NCAA regional diving championships by the score of 435.45, representing herself well against competition by placing third overall. She also competed six exhibition dives on the three-meter board for her first 3M action of the season, with an unofficial score of 250 points. Swim & Dive dives into Christmas break and returns to action January 13 @ Allegheny College.
