Day One Of The John Coughlan Invite In The Books

NORMAL, Ill.- Day one of the John Coughlan Invite has finished, with the women completing the pentathlon and the men beginning the heptathlon Friday afternoon inside Horton Field House. Three Redbird women competed in the pentathlon, with each placing in the top-5 with senior Caleigh O’Flaherty placing third as she put up the best shot put mark of the day at 10.90m while racking up a total of 3,268 points.
