EJ visited the Aggies out of high school and has a connection to the university as his older sister, Rheagen, played soccer at A&M from 2017-2020. There is uncertainty surrounding the entire Aggies roster following the firing of Jimbo Fisher and hiring of Mike Elko. While each of the Texas A&M rushers will have eligibility if they return, the biggest question that remains is will they.

For EJ, regardless of if the rushers return or not, there is a lot to like about the Aggies. He would be back in his home state, playing for a family school and one of the most lucrative in terms of NIL deals.
