USC could very well be an option for Kelly if he is interested in returning to play his final season in his home state. Like a few teams on this list, the Trojans’ quarterback situation is a bit of an unknown going into 2024 with Caleb Williams on his way to the NFL. However, USC does have five-star Malachi Nelson on the roster and could also pursue a quarterback in the transfer portal – perhaps even someone like Kelly’s Washington State teammate Cameron Ward. With leading wide receivers Tahj Washington and Brenden Rice likely to be on their way out as well, Kelly may be a sought-after target for Lincoln Riley’s offense in Los Angeles.
