Ford’s 17 kills not enough, UTA falls in NIVC second round
EL PASO, TEXAS — The UT Arlington volleyball team (21-11) saw its season end with a 25-18, 23-25, 25-13, 25-21 loss to UTEP on Saturday in a National Invitational Volleyball Championship (NIVC) second round matchup inside Memorial Gym. Despite the outcome, the Mavs finished the year with the program’s highest single season win total since 2014 and the second best in nearly 20 years.
