Hunter Competes in Final Day of Winter ECAC Championships

East Meadow, N.Y.- The Hunter College women’s swimming team competed in the final day of the Eastern College Athletic Conference Winter Championship meet on Sunday afternoon, with each athlete making improvements on previous times. Winter Lian improved both of her previous times, clocking in at 1:06:46 in the women’s 100-yard butterfly and 1:08.32 in the 100-yard backstroke. Kiana Guarino also improved her time from last year’s meet in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:01.54, missing the school record by just .50.
