Schneid Named AVCA All-East Region Honorable Mention

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (Dec. 4, 2023) – Mercy University volleyball senior Larissa Schneid (Sao Paulo, Brazil/Iowa Western CC) has been named American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-East Region Honorable Mention. Schneid is named All-Region by the AVCA after being tabbed Second Team All-Region by the D2CCA last week. The senior helped lead the Mavericks to a 15-9 record, their first NCAA Tournament berth since 2005, their first NCAA Tournament win since 2001 and their most wins in a season since 2005.
