Sekou Agard Named to United Soccer Coaches All-South Region

MACON – Defender Sekou Agard added another postseason honor to his impressive collegiate resume on Tuesday when he was named to the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I Men’s All-South Region Third Team, the organization announced. Agard, a junior from Snellville, Ga., was a vital piece to the Mercer defense during the 2023 season, logging a team-best 1,888 minutes of playing time and spearheading a defense that limited opponents to just 4.2 shots on goal and 1.05 goals per game.
