Volleyball: Sophie Davis Named AVCA All-Southeast Region

LEXINGTON, Ky. – James Madison middle blocker Sophie Davis was named to the Southeast AVCA All-Region team, the organization announced Tuesday morning. A First-Team All-Sun Belt selection, Davis finished the 2023 season with a team-leading 139 blocks (1.19 per set) and was second with 359 kills (3.07 per set). This is her fourth time earning an AVCA Regional award. Davis wrapped up her JMU career as the school record holder in hitting percentage (.372), solo blocks (136), block assists (447), and total blocks (583).
