Dequan Finn transferring; 5 landing spots for MAC POTY
TOLEDO, Ohio (BVM) – Many star players have entered the transfer portal in recent days, particularly at the quarterback position. One of the latest to do so is talented Toledo signal caller Dequan Finn.

Finn has played with the Rockets since 2019 and got his first action as a starter in 2021. Since, he has put together three consecutive seasons in which he has thrown for over 2,000 yards and rushed for at least 500 yards.
Coming off a Mid-American Conference championship and win in the Boca Raton Bowl in 2022, Finn performed at an even higher level in 2023, throwing for 2,657 yards and 22 touchdowns while completing 63.4% of his passes. He also added 563 rushing yards and seven additional scores with his legs.

Finn was named the 2023 MAC Player of the Year as the Rockets had another strong 11-2 season. The Detroit native should be highly sought after in the transfer portal as a result and a move to a Power 5 program seems likely for the 6-foot-2 signal caller as he concludes his collegiate career.
Here are five possible landing spots for Finn in the transfer portal.
