Setla Named Honorable Mention All-American by AVCA

Lexington, Ky. – The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) announced the NCAA Division II All-American teams on Wednesday afternoon and West Liberty University was represented by their libero, Nyia Setla, who earned Honorable Mention All-American honors. She becomes just the second player in program history to earn AVCA All-American recognition, joining former teammate Madison Clayton who also garnered honorable mention accolades in 2021. Last season, Setla earned D2CCA Third Team All-American honors, however, this is her first career AVCA All-American award.
