See who else made the list Brandon Holveck Delaware News Journal Smyrna’s Anna Richardson is the Player of the Year and leads the girls volleyball All-State team selected by the Delaware High School Volleyball Coaches Association. The senior led Smyrna to its first state championship, recording more than 300 kills in a 19-1 season. Richardson had 20 kills in the Eagles’ 3-1 state championship win over Ursuline.
