Taya Beller, Maggie Brahmer named D2CCA First Team All-Americans for second straight season

Wayne State College junior middle hitters Taya Beller and Maggie Brahmer were named to the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) Women’s Volleyball All-American Team released Wednesday afternoon. Both Wildcat players received First Team honors at middle hitter and are repeat First Team All-American selections. Beller, a 6-2 junior middle hitter from Lindsay (Humphrey HS), led the NSIC in blocks this season (1.15/set), was second in hitting percentage (.390) and points per set (4.43) and fifth in kills per set (3.54).
