Football: Garrett Cox named AFCA All-America First Team

WACO, Texas – Millersville University linebacker Garrett Cox has been named AFCA All-America First Team. He is the program’s first All-America selection since 2000 and the first first-team honoree since 1998. Cox, already an All-PSAC East and D2CCA All-Atlantic Region First Team selection, was one of just three linebackers in Division II voted to the first team. He was joined by Bentley’s Salvatore Lupoli Jr., and Saginaw Valley State’s Micah Cretsinger. With the honor, Cox joins elite company at Millersville.
