Knights Host Saint Rose for Sprint Pentathlon in the Pool

Newburgh, NY — Mount Saint Mary College welcomed the College of Saint Rose to the Kaplan Center Pool last night for a sprint pentathlon. Swimmers competed in a 50-yard race of each stroke, along with a 100-yard individual medley and two relays. There were plenty of close races throughout the meet, but the Knights ultimately fell to Saint Rose. Women’s Recap Kitty Masayda (Watertown, Conn.) had the highest finishes for the Knights last night, placing second in the 50-yard breastroke (34.04) and third in the 50-yard butterfly (29.05).
