MECHANICSBURG — It took 13 seconds Saturday afternoon for the thousands in attendance to realize what Northwestern already knew: Belle Vernon has a decided speed advantage. “We’re limited athletes,” Tigers coach Josh Snyder said. “We’re well aware of that.
