Waco, TX – The American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) has officially announced the selections for the 2023 AFCA Division III Coaches’ All-America Teams. Brockport’s Raylens Boutin was selected as a 1st-Team All-American Defensive Back for the first time in his career.
