2 Herons named to Academic All-District team

Two members of the William Smith College volleyball team were named to the 2023 Academic All-District® Team selected by College Sports Communicators. Junior Elaina Wamhoff and sophomore Malya Sayre were honored for the first time in their collegiate careers. Wamhoff is a computer science major. The two-time AVCA honorable mention All-American appeared in 25 matches this season, averaging 8.52 assists, 1.77 digs, and 1.15 kills per set.
