PHILADELPHIA, Pa- The Philadelphia Area Sports Information Directors Association (PhillySIDA) released their 2023 PhillySIDA Academic All-Area Men’s Soccer Team on Tuesday morning. Immaculata junior Michael Balestriere was one of 11 players named to the PhillySIDA Men’s Soccer Academic All-Area Team for 2023. The team is selected through voting by the sports information offices from 30 institutions in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. To be eligible for the Academic All-Area honors, athletes must be in at least their second year at their institution and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or better.
