Four Niners Earn CSC Academic All-District Team Honors

GREENWOOD, Ind. — Four members of the Charlotte 49ers volleyball team were named to the 2023-24 College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-District Team, the association announced Tuesday afternoon. Earning all-district honors was sophomore Sydney Baham as well as seniors Lara Kretschmer, Annika Thompson, and Annika Wetterstrom. Baham was a key presence on the front row for the Niners this season, leading the team in solo blocks (32) and finishing second in total blocks (120.0).
