Raptors’ Maurer earns Philly-SIDA Academic All-Area Women’s Soccer Team berth

CAMDEN, N.J. (Dec. 12, 2023) – Rutgers University-Camden junior back Amy Maurer (New Providence, NJ/New Providence) added another post-season honor when the Philly-SIDA Academic All-Area Women’s Soccer Team was released today. Maurer becomes the 80th Rutgers-Camden athlete named to the Academic All-Area program since it started during the 2005 fall semester. She is the fourth Scarlet Raptor women’s soccer player to receive the honor and first since the duo of Heather Thom and Amy Chmura earned Academic All-Area recognition in 2009.
