Three Earn Academic All-District in Volleyball

ABILENE – Three Abilene Christian University volleyball players earned a spot on the Academic All-District team sponsored by College Sports Communicators, the organization announced Tuesday. Breanna Box, Ashli Edmiston and Madeline Guffy received the honor. The 2023 Academic All-District Volleyball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom and requires a cumulative 3.50 grade point average and a significant on-court contribution. Box, a graduate student from Wichita Falls, started all 29 matches at middle blocker. She averaged 2.17 kills per set with a .335 attack percentage.…
