Trio from Women’s Volleyball Earn CSC Academic All-District Recognition

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Three members of the Curry College women’s volleyball team earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District recognition on Tuesday afternoon. Senior libero Avia Fraine (Mattapoisett, Mass.), senior outside hitter Lauren Guzman (Cranston, R.I.), and junior middle blocker Lauren Guzman (Meredith, N.H.) all earned recognition. The group joins 10 Colonel soccer players who earned recognition from CSC on November 22. Outstanding student-athletes are nominated for Academic All-District recognition by their athletic communications directors and must have a minimum 3.50 grade point average and meet high athletic standards. #BleedPurple
