4 David Parks does everything for Seminole High. Sometimes he’s the quarterback, sometimes he’s a running back or fullback or tight end, sometimes he’s running out of the wildcat, and then all the time, he’s the punter. The 6-foot-1, 210-pound Parks would probably be all-American if he could just concentrate on one position, but he figures what’s to stop him from being all-American at all positions. He’s the definition of athlete. He is exactly what his team needs at the right moments it needs him. Next season, he could well be the starting quarterback at Seminole, but time will tell.…
