Former UT Martin running back Sam Franklin announced his commitment to Oklahoma on Wednesday. Over three seasons, Franklin recorded 2,129 rushing yards and 20 rushing touchdowns for the Skyhawks. He earned second-team FCS All-American honors this season and was a finalist for the Walter Payton Award, given to the top offensive player at the FCS level.
