Fort Hill girls drop 5th straight; Petersburg falls to Martinsburg

NEW PARIS, Pa. — Ashley Weaver scored 22 points, leading all scorers in Chestnut Ridge’s 55-24 win over Fort Hill on Wednesday. Weaver scored 10 of Chestnut Ridge’s 17 points in the first quarter. She added 12 in the second half with eight in the third quarter. Tabitha Hyde scored eight points with a pair of 3-pointers. Neveah Bunbasi led the Sentinels (0-5) with 10 points.
