R.B. Stall names new football coach

Ashley Ridge High School defensive coordinator Kenneth Freeman has been named the head football coach at R.B. Stall High School in North Charleston. Freeman has 24 years of experience coaching football in South Carolina, and this will be his second top job at the varsity level.
