ROCHESTER, N.Y. – RIT senior midfielder Jessie Gomez was named a Second Team United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-American, announced Friday. A two-time Liberty League All-Academic selection, Gomez holds a 3.85 grade-point average in mechanical engineering. A 2023 United Soccer Coaches third-team All-American and All-Liberty League first team selection, Gomez started all 20 games during the 2023 season and scored a career-high five goals for the Tigers. The Silver Spring, M.D. native finished third in scoring with 12 points and led the team with three game-winning goals.
