Bulldogs bring home All-Region awards

Six GMC Prep football players were named All-Region for the 2023 season. Two of the honors came with a little more clout than the standard recognition. All-Region awards are voted on by coaches around the region, which in GMC Prep’s case, is Region 5-A Division 2. Leading the way was senior Johnathan Roach, who was named Region Athlete of the Year after pacing the Bulldogs in both rushing (591 yards, nine touchdowns) and receiving (307 yards, three touchdowns).
