Prep girls athlete of the week, Jenny Gorman

The Scarlets freshman came up big in a game last week, scoring two goals in a 4-3 overtime victory against Rochester Century/John Marshall. She also had two assists in the victory, the Scarlets’ fifth of the season. The Scarlets only won two games last season, with one victory coming in a Big Nine Conference game. Gorman has nine goals and 10 assists this season, bringing her career totals to 24 goals and 20 assists. She was an all-conference honorable mention selection as an eighth-grader.
