Football Places Five on CSC Academic All-District® Teams

Oberlin, Ohio – Oberlin College football players Josh Woznicki, Gavi Genger, Evan Smith-Rooks, Brent Larson and Brandon Hall were named Academic All-District® for the second straight season, the College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced on Tuesday. The award recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. In order to be eligible for selection, a student-athlete must have reached sophomore athletic status and either competed in 90% of the team’s games or started in at least 66% of the contests while maintaining a 3.50 or higher cumulative grade point average.
