Concordia had five players selected to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team. Seniors Chase Dockter, Quin Miller, Mitchell Sullivan, and Collin Thompson, as well as junior Owen Miller, were honored for their academic and athletic accomplishments. The 2023 Academic All-District Football Teams recognize top student-athletes for their performance on the field and in the classroom. The Cobbers finished second in the Skyline Division of the MIAC Conference, with a 4-4 conference record and a 5-5 overall mark.
