Early National Signing Day 2023: Penn State signs eight of Pennsylvania’s top high school football seniors

On Wednesday during football’s Early National Signing Day, Penn State received National Letters of Intent (NLI) from eight of the top 13 high school football seniors in the state of Pennsylvania, including the top two players and three of the top five (rankings according to 247Sports). The top player in Pennsylvania is Belle Vernon athlete Quinton Martin. The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder is also the No. 5 athlete nationally and just helped lead the Leopards to their second straight PIAA Class 3A state championship.
