20 Cougars earn all-district honors
After a repeat playoff season, Canyon football had 20 players earn recognition from District 12-5A-I. Following his first season with the Cougars, junior wide receiver Harry Hassmann was named the district’s Offensive Newcomer of the Year. He caught 59 passes for 975 yards and 15 touchdowns.
