By: Ryan Klinkner, SJU Athletic Media Relations Director Release COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. – Saint John’s University senior tight end Alex Larson (Woodbury, Minn./East Ridge) completed the All-America first-team trifecta when the Associated Press announced its All-America teams on Friday, Dec. 22. Larson was named a first-team All-American by the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Dec. 11 and by D3football.com Dec. 15. The consensus status is the second consecutive for Larson, who garnered first-team All-America honors from the AFCA, Associated Press and D3football.com last fall.
