Mavungu Named Candidate for Cliff Harris Award
LITTLE ROCK, Ark.—UIndy football standout Landry Mavungu was announced recently as one of just 48 nominees for the prestigious Cliff Harris Award. The annual award is “dedicated to celebrating exceptional defensive players in small college football. Named after NFL Hall of Famer Cliff Harris, the award acknowledges players who exhibit excellence on and off the field.” Mavungu made 39 starts in the Crimson and Grey over five seasons.
