Ranking the 10 greatest Atlanta Falcons of all time

1. Matt Ryan, QB (2008-21)

Ryan was the third overall pick in 2008 and played 14 years of his 15-year career in Atlanta. Matty Ice put together a Hall of Fame career and is in the top 10 all-time in passing yards, completions and touchdowns. He was awarded the NFL MVP in 2016 when he threw for nearly 5,000 yards with 38 touchdowns to just seven interceptions. The four-time Pro Bowler last played in 2022 but hasn’t shut the door on a return to the NFL. Whether he makes a comeback or not, Ryan will be enshrined in Canton soon enough.
