Rice Selected as 2023 Cliff Harris Award Finalist

Little Rock, Ark. – The selection committee for the 2023 Cliff Harris Award announced their 36 finalists for NCAA Division II on Saturday afternoon, with West Liberty University’s Cam Rice among those making the final cut.
