Local girls and boys basketball teams were in action Friday evening, Dec. 22. At Sheboygan Lutheran, New Holstein held a 29-24 lead at halftime of the nonconference game but Lutheran forced a 46-46 tie at the end of regulation and won 51-50 in overtime.
