MIAA Announces Academic Honors for Volleyball

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The MIAA announced its Academic Awards for the 2023 volleyball season. Ten members of the Pittsburg State University volleyball team were named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. The honorees include: Phoenix Bailey, Kate Bandre, Carly Clennan, Olivia Cullen, Seville Gates, Jadyn Jackson, Madison LaPointe, Josie McCroskey, Jayden Sanford and Janae Thurston. To be recognized on the Academic Honor Roll list, one must have a grade point average used by the institution for purposes of NCAA academic certification of 3.00 or above at the certifying member institution.
