Ranking each Big East men’s basketball team entering 2024

10. Georgetown

Former Hoyas head coach Patrick Ewing was relieved of his duties following their first-round exit in the Big East Tournament last March. Ed Cooley is now at the helm and the Hoyas have already matched last season’s overall win total with seven. They lost their first three conference matchups but new transfers Jayden Epps and Dontrez Styles can score enough to keep them in games. Georgetown is a long shot to make the NCAA Tournament but it could ruin others’ chances as the season rolls on.
