Field Hockey’s Bridget Abraldes Named Landmark Senior Scholar-Athlete

Senior forward Bridget Abraldes (Holbrook, N.Y./Sachem East) of The University of Scranton field hockey team earned Landmark Conference Field Hockey Senior Scholar-Athlete honors as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon. Abraldes is the third member of the field hockey program in the last four seasons to receive the award following Megan Gallagher (2020-21) and Allie Benadon (2021-22). She is also the fourth in program history. She will now receive automatic consideration for the conference’s Overall Senior Scholar Athlete, which is given annually to one male and one female.
