Schneid Named CSC Third Team Academic All-American

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (Jan. 9, 2024) – Mercy University volleyball senior Larissa Schneid (Sao Paulo, Brazil/Iowa Western CC) has been named to the 2023 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America Division II Volleyball team. Schneid earned Third Team honors and was the lone honoree from the East Coast Conference. Schneid became the 11th student-athlete to receive Academic All-America honors in school history. She is the first to earn the honor since men’s soccer’s Johannes Hanken Tjostheim earned the award last month.
