The Washington Commanders have fired coach Ron Rivera after 4 seasons in the Nation’s capital. Washington’s search for a new head coach as well as GM will be spearheaded by new managing partner Josh Harris. Harris has enlisted the help of two former sports executives — Bob Myers and Rick Spielman to aide in this venture. The only problem? Bob Myers is an excellent executive IN THE NBA. For a team that has to make tough decisions such as what will they do at No. 2 in the NFL Draft and should the stick with Sam Howell or move on and perhaps draft his replacement — such as Drake Maye — can bringing in an NBA executive really be the best approach for the Commanders?
