First Race of 2024 Results in Numerous Personal Bests

Winston Salem, N.C. – Several personal bests marked NGU’s first race of the new year on Saturday at the Mondo College Invitational at JDL Fast Track. Avery Shope started off her 2024 season by setting a new school record in the women’s 3K with a time of 11:11.25. Paris Alsup set a new personal record in the same race with a time of 11:25.23. In the mile run, Riley Nicholson led all North Greenville finishers with a time of 5:28.12.
