Kirbo, Morris Rewrite School Records in Season Opener
COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Horned Frogs kicked off the season with four event wins at the McFerrin 12 Degree Invitational on Saturday. Benjamin Kirbo got the day started for TCU with his record-setting 5.18m (17-0) in the pole vault. The sophomore broke his own school record with his winning height. Also breaking her own school record was Gracie Morris. She placed first in the mile with her new personal-best time of 4:39.07 in her first race of the season. Graydon Morris placed first in the 3K with his time of 8:16.89, good for the fourth-fastest time in program history.…
