LOS ANGELES — University of Hawai’i senior Elma Lund placed third in the women’s platform to highlight the final day of the Bruin Diving Invitational for the Rainbow Wahine and Rainbow Warrior diving teams on Sunday in Los Angeles. Lund posted a score of 239.00 in the preliminaries to place third out of 48 divers competing in the event at UCLA’s Spieker Aquatic Center. She was among the 12 divers who advanced to the final and finished with a total of 474.35 to remain third trailing only Minnesota’s Viviana Del Angel (610.40) and San Diego State’s Valentina Lopez Arevalo (531.35).…
