Austin Mack enters transfer portal; 5 possible landing spots

SEATTLE (BVM) – Kalen DeBoer left Washington to become the head coach of Alabama on Friday, leaving the Huskies’ football program in flux. Some key names have already entered the NCAA transfer portal, including former four-star QB Austin Mack. The Folsom, California, native announced his decision on Sunday.

Mack was originally a member of the Class of 2024, but he decided to reclassify to 2023 when he committed to Washington in February 2023. He stands at 6-foot-6 and possesses elite arm talent. The freshman redshirted this past season and he still has four years of eligibility remaining.

These are the five schools that make the most sense for the young QB.
