Jabbar Muhammad transferring; 5 potential landing spots
1. Texas
If there is one school that could steal Jabbar’s services away from Alabama, it’s Texas. Not only are the Longhorns a nationally recognized program coming off of a College Football Playoff appearance of their own, but they also have something the Crimson Tide do not – family.
Jabbar’s younger cousin, Malik, is a defensive back for Texas who impressed in his first season in Austin. In addition to having Malik on the football team, another cousin, Amina, plays for the school’s women’s basketball team. With familial ties and an opportunity to play for a national championship contending team in Jabbar’s home state, Texas appears to be the frontrunner for Jabbar’s services.
